After a distinguished career spanning more than two decades, Penny Johnson has made the exciting decision to return to independent agency ownership. From 2003 to 2016, Penny built her foundation in real estate working with respected award-winning independent agencies, before joining Ray White franchises from 2016 to 2024. During her time with Ray White, she successfully serviced the sought-after suburbs of Ascot, Hamilton, Clayfield, Northgate and surrounding areas—earning a reputation for excellence, integrity, and results.
In 2025, Penny has come full circle—launching her own independent agency closer to home in Morayfield. This strategic move allows her to reconnect with the independence she values, offering clients greater flexibility, a highly personalised service, and genuine relationships built on trust. It also allows her to work in the heart of the community she proudly calls home.
